  • I agree with you. The blame is totally on the child, whether or not his frontal lobe is developed, he made a poor choice to climb these two fences. He is responsible for his own death.

  • I am watching the news and everyone is blaming the school and the system. Goodness gracious. Since when are our schools taking on parental responsibilities for the actions of our kids? I thought that is the reason why parents are around. What, no parents? Gee. I am not surprised.
